IMG_1856.JPG - The rope pull installation method is used. A cord of carefully selected size is put in the gasket groove that fits over the pinchweld. Then after the glass/gasket assembly in set into place and the cord is gently pulled towards the center of the glass. This pulls the inside gasket lip into place a little at a time. Note that if sealant is put in that groove the cord is going to pull most of it out, making a big mess. Hence no sealant is put in that grove.
